On May the 10th, the court of the João Paulo II Educational Center came to life with a lively futsal event, bringing together children aged 6 to 10 for moments of great energy, learning and fun.
The court was the scene of attentive eyes and racing hearts, providing a remarkable experience of integration among the participants. The event was attended by family members, who took the opportunity to take photos and record moments that will remain forever in the family and community memory.
More than technique or results, the activities prioritized the human relationships built throughout the process and the priority for the children to have fun. Each moment of practice became an opportunity for the students to recognize themselves, understand others, and develop attitudes focused on the common good. On and off the court, learning continues to multiply.
The practice of sports is the driving force of the New Generation Sports Project, focused on the comprehensive development of children and adolescents. Through activities that encourage coexistence, responsibility, and care for others, the project reinforces essential values for the development of each student.
With the support of the Sports Incentive Law since August 2024, through the sponsorship from Banco Itaú, the project has strengthened its performance in terms of content, activities and inclusion of beneficiaries.
The appreciation of sports that the Sports Incentive Law provides is for our Institution a reason for an even greater commitment to the cause of spreading and promoting sports as a tool for social development.
For this reason, at the João Paulo II Educational Center, futsal is more than a game — it is a tool for personal and collective growth.
The determination and joy demonstrated by the participants reflect the enthusiasm that characterizes the sport´s classes in the institution’s daily routine.
