On March 2nd, Centro Educativo João Paulo II resumed its activities with students from the tutoring program and the sports groups. The first meeting of the year was marked by moments of integration, welcoming activities, and playful dynamics designed especially to introduce new students, assess their initial knowledge, and allow teachers and students to get to know each other better at the beginning of this new cycle.
Students from groups 1, 2, and 3 participated in the classic game “cordless telephone”. At the end of the activity, each student had to write down on a sheet of paper the message they understood. The activity provided moments of fun while also encouraging communication, attention, and writing skills. Students from groups 4 and 5 took part in a team game in which they had to find and pop a balloon while blindfolded, relying only on instructions from a teammate. This activity helped develop trust among participants, teamwork, and communication.
For students in groups 6, 7, 8, and 9, two activities were carried out: a tic-tac-toe race, which required agility and strategy, and the “Guess the Song” activity, which stimulated quick thinking, memory, and interaction among classmates. In sports, the activities also began with great enthusiasm. Students had their first sessions in futsal and karate, starting another stage of learning, discipline, and physical development.
In this way, the return of activities was marked by a welcoming atmosphere, joy, and strong participation, reinforcing the commitment of Centro Educativo João Paulo II to promote an education that combines learning, social interaction, and the holistic development of its students.
