Since 1990, the AVSI Foundation has played a key role in the presence and development of activities at the João Paulo II Educational Center.

In collaboration with other associations and international organizations, the AVSI Foundation has supported numerous initiatives and projects in a peripheral area of the city, including the João Paulo II Educational Center.

With the goal of helping the local population, over the years, it has contributed to the construction of homes, schools, daycare centers, vocational centers, and supported the construction of the João Paulo II Educational Center itself. Since then, it has continued its work in the region through various projects aimed at supporting the dignity of individuals.

Even today, through a sponsorship program involving 130 of its children and adolescents, the João Paulo II Educational Center can count on the support of the AVSI Foundation.
